Our delivery options are:

Click and Collect

We offer a free click and collect service from NCIFM (Orchard Barn) Lincolnshire.   You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. We aim for orders to be ready for the collection by the next working day.  This may take longer if the items needs to be transferred between stores. We will notify you if this is the case.

UK Standard 1st Class Royal Mail

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

UK Tracked Delivery

Delivery within 2 working days. Fully tracked from despatch to delivery. This service includes a ‘Leave Safe’ Option.

International Delivery 

We are able to offer international delivery by arrangement.  If you would like this option, please email us hello@chapelyardorganics.com with the items requested and the destination address.  We will then provide a quote for delivery.

Telephone Orders
We welcome orders via the telephone. 

Call01472 884834 to place your order. Telephone orders are subject to our standard delivery options.  This service is available Mon – Sat, 9.30am – 5pm. Tues - Fri 9am - 4pm.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally a product may be out of stock and we are unable to meet our delivery schedule.  We will let you know if this is the case and provide an estimated delivery time frame or recommend an alternative.  If this is unacceptable we will issue a full refund.
