Our Restore Calm Herbal Tonic is a professionally formulated blend of herbs traditionally used to nourish, calm, and restore the nervous system. Designed to support recovery from prolonged stress, anxiety or over-stimulation, this tonic provides gentle yet effective support for both the body and mind.
Blended with plant-based nervines, which can help promote relaxation, reduce tension and anxiety, support mood and healthy sleep, helping the central nervous system return to balance.
In a liquid tincture form for optimum bioavailability and easy to mix with water or juice.
Key Botanical Ingredients:
- Oatstraw (Avena sativa) – nourishing nervine, supports nerve and brain health
- Hawthorn (Crataegus oxycanthoides) – helps calm the cardiovascular system and ease stress
- Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) – soothing and relaxing for mind and body
- Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – promotes calmness and reduces restlessness
