At Dr Sally Botanicals, we aim to make ordering your botanical products as simple and straightforward as possible. If you have any questions about delivery or your order, our team will be happy to help.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Delivery Charges
- Orders under £30.00: £4.50
- Orders of £30.00 or more: FREE Standard UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within two working days of receiving your order.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is usually delivered within two working days after dispatch. However, delivery times are outside our control and occasional delays may occur. Please allow up to seven working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us regarding a delayed delivery.
Click & Collect
We are pleased to offer a free Click & Collect service from:

You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
We aim to have Click & Collect orders available by the next working day. Occasionally, this may take a little longer if products need to be transferred between locations. Should this happen, we will keep you informed and let you know when your order is ready.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer international delivery to many destinations.
As shipping costs vary depending on the destination and parcel weight, international delivery is arranged individually.
Please email botanicals@drsallysclinic.com with the products you wish to order and your delivery address, and we will provide you with a personalised shipping quotation.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may be payable in the destination country.

Telephone orders are subject to the same delivery charges and delivery times as orders placed online.
Out of Stock Products
Whilst we make every effort to ensure our website reflects current stock availability, occasionally a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options. These may include:
- Waiting for the product to be restocked
- Choosing an alternative product
- Receiving a refund for the unavailable item
- Cancelling your order for a full refund
We will never substitute a product without your agreement.
Product Images
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate.
From time to time, manufacturers may update product packaging or make minor changes to the appearance of a product. As a result, the product you receive may differ slightly from the images shown on our website. These changes do not affect the quality or formulation of the product supplied.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Photographs of the damaged item and packaging (where applicable)
We will investigate the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
