This tonic contains herbs which are rich in herbs used traditionally to help relax the body and mind.
It can be used to assist with your sleep routine and to help improve sleep quality for people who are struggling to switch off and get to sleep, or for those suffering with insomnia.
Oatstraw is a gentle and nourishing herb with a restorative and calming action. It is especially useful where there is exhaustion and stress or overwork, helping the mind to switch off and wind down at the end of the day. Oats are highly nourishing, revitalising, restorative, and rejuvenating, containing nutrients such as Vitamin E & B, iron, manganese, zinc, calcium.
Passionflower and Valerian are widely used to relax muscles, helps reduce anxiety and encourage calm, helping to release tension and prepare the body and mind for sleep.
In addition, this blend contains Hops and Hawthorn which are both very useful in helping promote restful sleep with their relaxing and calming qualities.
Available in 100ml / 300ml bottles.
This blend includes the herbs: Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Humulus lupulus (Hops), Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Crataegus oxycathoides flos (Hawthorn flowers).
Dose: Take 5ml (1 teaspoon) with a warm drink in the evening and 5-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) in a little water at bedtime.
Shake well before use.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Refer to information leaflet before use.

Do not use with sedative medication
