Happy Hormone Tonic (Menopause) is a professionally formulated blend of organic and biodynamic herbs traditionally used to support women through the menopausal transition. Combining phytoestrogen-rich botanicals, adaptogens, nervines, and cooling herbs, this tonic helps ease hot flushes, support mood, calm anxiety and irritability, and restore energy and balance.
Adaptogenic herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari help the body adapt to stress, in Ayurveda, Shatavari is known as the Queen of Herbs for women’s health, valued for its cooling and moistening properties and rich in phytoestrogens.
Sage, Hops and Sour Jujube Seed help regulate temperature and promote restful sleep, while Passionflower provides calming nervous system support. Rose and Verbena gently uplift mood, and bitter herbs such as Dandelion root and Hops assist liver function, supporting the body’s natural hormone metabolism. This blend may also be used alongside HRT if required.
In a liquid tincture form for optimum bioavailability and easy to mix with water or juice.
