Nutrient-rich Nettle leaf and Rehmannia further support vitality by nourishing the blood and strengthening the system as a whole.

In a liquid tincture form for optimum bioavailability and easy to mix with water or juice

• Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) – adaptogen supporting stamina,  resilience and the immune system
• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – adaptogenic herb, balances cortisol, reduces anxiety, stress resilience and supports energy balance

 Dose: Take 5 ml x3/ day, with a little water before food.
