In a liquid tincture form for optimum bioavailability and easy to mix with water or juice.
Key Botanicals
- Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) – calming nervine, supporting relaxation and sleep
- Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) – traditional herb for restlessness, tension and sleep problems
- Hops (Humulus lupulus) – relaxing botanical used to encourage sleep
- Oatstraw (Avena sativa) – nourishing and restorative nervous system support
- Hawthorn flowers (Crataegus oxycanthoides flos) – gently calming and relaxing
Ingredients: Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Humulus lupulus (Hops), Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Crataegus oxycathoides flos (Hawthorn flowers).
Dose: Take 5ml (1 teaspoon) with a warm drink in the evening and 5-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) in a little water at bedtime.
Shake well before use.
