How to Use:
Tincture: Prevention: 25 drops in a small amount of water, 3 times a day. Salivate before swallowing
Treatment: 30 drops in a small amount of water, 3-5 times daily, at first sign of cold/ flu symptoms

Tea: Add 1 temple per cup, pour over boiling water, cover, and infuse for 5–15 minutes depending on desired strength.
